For the past 3 years I have donated my services to the Casco Bay YMCA, to shoot the Tri for the Y. I am always moved by the support and energy of the athletes, volunteers and family members. I call this blog entry the faces of the the Tri, because the type of people who participate range like that of the expressions on their faces. Determination, intensity, elation and oh God let me get through this. I like it all.
